While your language and word choice makes understanding you difficult, I understand what you're getting at. But here's the rub:

My profiles on Monster and Dice ARE HIDDEN right now (or whatever the equivalent of being unsearchable is), so the only place to find my resume is via here, on my blog.

And if they're trolling my blog to find job candidates, I think their time could be better spent elsewhere.

Which brings me back to my first point. If they didn't find me on a job site, and they probably didn't find me here, I'm curious as to how they got my information…

But that doesn't excuse them from the email they sent me.

Or, to use your phrasing, “just because you put a nude poster out on the street doesn't mean Shakespeare will write his next play on it”.
