I'm not sure I'd consider myself a “moderate” Republican (or what I'd call myself at all, to be honest), but I agree we need more people who value intelligence and thought over politiking and word-slinging.

Maybe I should run for President? What's that minimum age again? ;-)

I'll take your advice, and keep writing as I'd intended to, but I'm not sure how much of an influence I have…

I'm a friggin liberal combat vet. War came, I put the bong down, got a haircut, and went to war. All I'm getting from Mullahs like Limbaugh, Coulter and Beck is a bunch of boomer based hatred, based on some caricature of a "liberal" that, not only have I never met, doesn't even seem to be present in this day and age. And frankly, just looking at the hate mail posted for Gingrey and Steele, once they criticized Limbaugh, has me wondering if the next terrorist attack won't come from disgruntled, and misinformed conservaitves.
