Thanks! At least now I know that it's really not just me, and what is happening, even though it is not right, it normal.

I am probably going to continue with the daily resends for a few more days, then start resending every hour. I found a number and will probably try randomly trying to find an extension to leave a voice message, and I may send them letters via snail mail. This is so frustrating!

But thanks again. Like I said, it does offer some peace of mind to know that not getting responses is normal.

Facebook is famous for ignoring user emails – there's not a whole lot you can do.

The only reason I got a response/reaction is because I “know someone who knows someone” who got my emails looked at. The best I can suggest is to bother them through all the contact methods available to you on their FAQs, Help pages, etc.

I am currently having trouble logging into my Facebook account since I changed one of my contact email addresses associated with the account a month ago. I have contacted Facebook through emails, and have been resending the emails on a daily basis for a week now, and I still have not gotten a response. I was wondering if you have any tips/suggestions/advice–anything–that will help me actually get in touch with Facebook. I believe my problem can be fixed easily enough, I just wish I received a response. I do not even get an automated response!
