The "How I Won a Copyfight" story has been revived, although only in the barest sense with the fewest details possible, courtesy of SJSU's Spartan Daily.

Update (8/24/2009 10:45am PST): I take issue with the way I was presented in this, as well as the issue itself, especially since the school paper has slanted reality in favor of both the school and the professor.  Not to mention the destruction of my image, via improper photo manipulation and miscaption in the print edition, and the presentation of me as a troublemaker than the reality that I was standing up for something much more noble.

A scathing response is forthcoming.
